Accelerate Innovation

Your teams don't have an idea problem, they have a question problem. How to interrogate assumptions, so innovation stops crawling and starts compounding.

Uncover Better Opportunities

Opportunities hiding in plain sight are usually blocked by the same tired questions everyone keeps asking. Why not rewire how you probe your market, data, and teams, so the next opportunity gets found before your competitors even know to look.

Make Faster Decisions

Slow decisions aren't a speed problem, they're a clarity problem. By upgrading the questions you bring into the room, you can cut through noise and get executive teams to make confident, faster calls.

The Better Question Blueprint

If you want to accelerate innovation, uncover better opportunities, and make faster decisions, you first need a Better Questions Blueprint.

So often, teams feel stuck or stagnant, and everyone believes the fix is more ideas. More brainstorms. More whiteboards. But after thirty years of interviewing some of the most innovative minds in business, Nicea DeGering has found the real blocker isn't a shortage of ideas. It's a shortage of the right questions.

Breakthroughs rarely come from answers. They come from questions.

The ones nobody in the room thought to ask. Nicea DeGering helps your teams break the pattern of chasing more ideas and instead teaches them to interrogate the ones they already have. That shift alone is often the difference between an incremental improvement and a genuine breakthrough.

Nicea DeGering can show executive teams how to ask the right questions, avoid the wrong ones, and use that clarity to propel innovation forward. Be faster, sharper, and with far less wasted motion. This isn’t a keynote about creativity. It's a keynote about precision.

Give your leaders the blueprint, and watch what happens when they stop looking for better answers and start asking better questions.

"One of the Best"

Nicea DeGering has participated as our host for our annual conference since 2019 moderating both virtually and in-person. Nicea's participation brings an energy to the conference we have never experienced in the 21-year history of our event. Her quick wit and "go with the flow" approach makes for a very comfortable experience. She is a quick study of industry topics and current issues which draws participation from attendees throught the two-day conference. We will continue to rely on her talents and abilities as long as she is willing to participate. there is no doubt Nicea is one of the best when it comes to moderating large-scale conferences.

About

Nicea DeGering

Butterfly.JPG

After decades of interviews on live television, podcasts, and even a documentary on Netflix, Nicea DeGering is sharing what she's learned about the power of asking better questions. She still hosts her Emmy-award-winning daily live television show, where getting the best answer out of a guest isn't luck, it's a skill she's spent thirty years sharpening, one interview at a time.

Nicea is now helping companies apply the same skill internally. Because the truth is, the best interviewers and the best leaders are working from the same playbook: know what to ask, listen for what's really being said, and don't settle for the first answer.

So often, communication falls apart for the same reason, we all want to be heard, or we want to sound like we already have all the answers, rather than listening and asking the right questions.

Nicea has spent her career in rooms where getting that wrong meant losing the story. This is so much more than a broadcasting or journalism lesson. It's a life lesson about how to bring the very best out in the people you lead.
